LAKE MORENA

May 4th - 6th (Fri - Sun)

Youth activities will take place through out the day and night. Feel free to camp no nights, one night or both. Bring your own food (leaders may contact you with specific food items for outdoor cooking activities). Park webpage

CAMPGROUND:

Check-in is at 2:00pm, check-out is at 12:00pm
Quiet Hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am
Fees for additional vehicles are collected at the park
Firewood available at the park (buy it where you burn it)
No potable water - bring your own drinking water, water for cooking and washing (unless you boil first)

The campground has bathrooms (a short walk) and porta-johns in the camp site.

FISHING:

County Fishing permits required, purchase at the park office.
- Adults (16 and over) - $7.00
- Juniors (10 thru 15) - $3.00
- Children (9 and under) - Free
- Seniors (62+ and disabled) - $5
California State Fishing License required for all ADULTS, NOT AVAILABLE AT THE PARK.

DIRECTIONS:

FROM SAN DIEGO, 46 MILES EAST ON INTERSTATE 8 TO BUCKMAN SPRINGS ROAD. GO SOUTH 7 MILES TO OAK DRIVE, THEN WEST 2 MILES TO LAKE MORENA DRIVE, STRAIGHT TO THE PARK ENTRANCE.
